FISH BAKED (GREEN MASALA)

20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Fry the minced onions till brown. Remove and keep aside. Then fry the minced green chillies. Add sugar, salt and vinegar to taste.
  • Mix the fish fillet with the prepared minced masala and ground masala paste. Bake till well cooked.
  • Serve garnished with sliced tomatoes.

INGREDIENTS

  • 750 grams Fish fillet, cleaned
  • 145 grams onions, minced
  • 3-4 Green chillies, minced
  • Sliced tomatoes to garnish

Grind to a fine paste

  • ½ teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 2-3 chopped Green chillies 
  • 6-7 Peppercorns, crushed 
  • ½ " piece Ginger, chopped 
  • ½ pod Garlic, peeled 
  • 4 Cloves 
  • Tamarind marble- sized ball
  • ½ tablespoon Coriander leaves
  • Vinegar to taste
  • Salt and sugar to taste
