BAKED COD RELISH

25 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Combine the onion and parsley and mix well. Coat the fillets with the mixture and arrange them in a greased pie dish.
  • Combine the flour and a little milk to make a smooth paste. Add to it the remaining milk, butter and seasoning.
  • Pour the mixture over the fillets and bake in a moderately hot oven for 20 - 22 minutes at 190°C / 350°F / Gas mark 5 or until cooked.
  • Serve hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 kg Cod fillets, cleaned, washed and drained
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 1 Onion grated    
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 teaspoon Flour
  • Pepper and salt to taste
