Potato Kulhhey is a very simple potato dish that can be prepared any time you want. All you need is to prepare green chillies, cashew nuts, slat, ginger, peanut oil and other ingredients that can be seen on the main site.

Preparation Method :
- Peel the potatoes and make barrel shapes.
- Preheat oil in a medium frying pan and deep-fry the potatoes over medium heat till they are ¾ tender.
- Remove from fire and drain excess oil on a kitchen paper. Scoop out the center leaving around 1/4 inch from the sides.
- Grate the cottage cheese, finely chop the green chilies and crush the cashew nuts.
- Mix cottage cheese, green chilies, and cashew nuts, ginger and salt. Stuff the scooped potatoes.
- Remove coriander leaves from the stems. Grind together coriander leaves, garlic, peanuts and a little salt into a very smooth paste.
- Add the paste to the remaining yogurt. Mix well. Coat stuffed potato with the yogurt.
- Cook the potatoes in a preheated oven till potatoes get completely cooked. Serve hot.
- Serve hot.
