POTATO AND ONION GRATIN

Potato and Onion gratin only requires you to follow a five-step cooking procedure. It only means that you can effortlessly prepare the recipe without experiencing too much stress. Preparation Method :

  • Preheat the oven.
  • Slice the onions and cook them gently for an hour in a little olive oil and butter in mini square Pyrex dishes.
  • Peel and thinly slice the potatoes. In the mini casseroles, place several layers of potatoes and onions.
  • Mix the eggs, cream and nutmeg together. Season to taste and delicately pour this mixture on the potatoes.
  • Cook for 40 minutes.
  • Cover and serve.

  • 6 large potatoes 
  • 4 onions
  • 200 ml olive oil 
  • Salt and pepper
  • 50 grams butter 
  • 300 ml cream
  • 10 grams nutmeg
