BAKED POTATO AND CRAB GRATIN

Preparation Method :

  • Wash and peel the potatoes and cut into thin round slices or chips.
  • Place them in a baking tray in a way that they don't stick to each other. Brush them with sesame oil, some chilli flakes, oregeno and salt. Bake in the oven for 15 20 minutes until they are golden and evenly cooked.
  • Now in a pan heat the remaining oil. Add the crab meat and fish sauce. Add the black pepper powder, chilli flakes, oregeno and the lime juice and salt to taste.
  • Cook for 10 minutes until the crab meat is tender. Turn off the flame and add the mayonnaise.
  • Simply toss it with the crab mixture.
  • Take out the potato chips from oven. Place some crab mixture on top and some mozarella cheese. Again bake it for 2 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 grams of crab meat, shelled and finely chopped
  • 2 large potatoes
  • 100 ml sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 50 grams of shredded mozarella cheese
  • 100 ml mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoon freshly grounded black pepper powder
  • 2 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 2 teaspoon chilli flakes
  • 1 ½ teaspoon dried oregeno
  • Salt to taste
