Aloo Litti can be your one of the most popular recipes for lunch, dinner and even for snack time. Aside from its delicious ingredients, you will also enjoy its creativeness and delicate smell of potato aroma. This can be prepared for forty-five minutes.

Preparation Method :
- Peel and mash the potatoes.
- Preheat 3 tablespoons oil in a small frying pan over high heat. Add onion, green chilies and garlic and fry till golden brown.
- Add mashed potatoes, salt and pepper. Fry for 5 minutes. Add coriander leaves. Transfer to a plate.
- Knead flour with water. Divide into 8 equal portions.
- Dust the balls with a little flour. Flatten one of them between palms into 2 inches diameter round discs.
- Place 1/8 portion of the potato filling in the middle, enfold and properly seal the edges. Give the shape of a ball. Repeat process for the remaining flour and potato filling.
- Place all of them on a preheated oven at 375 degrees F for 10-12 minutes or till the balls get light brown on all the sides.
- Serve hot.

- 2 chopped onion
- 4 chopped green chilies
- 10 minced garlic cloves
- Salt to taste
- 2 teaspoon white pepper
- 200 grams chopped coriander leaves
- 500 grams wheat flour
