You can prepare this dish for about one hour and can serve for eight people. The Smoked Salmon Quiche is highly made of healthy ingredients and some of these are salmon, salt, and other vegetables. So, cook this dish now!

Preparation Method :
- Place the flours in a bowl and add the salt and cayenne. Rub the margarine into the flour until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs.
- Stir in water at a time, until the dough is firm. Lightly knead the dough on a floured board, roll out and use to line 4 individual tins 3 inches in diameter. Chill for 20 minutes.
- Beat the eggs, milk and cottage cheese together. Add the chives, seasoning and lemon rind.
- Roughly chop the smoked salmon and arrange in the bottom of the pastry cases. Spoon over the egg and cheese mixture.
- Bake in a preheated moderately hot oven for 20 to 25 minutes until set and golden brown.
- Serve hot or cold.

- 100 grams whole meal flour
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- 100 grams margarine
- Ice-cold water

- 200 grams cottage cheese, sieved
- 4 tablespoons snipped chives
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
- 300 grams smoked salmon
