SPINACH AND CHICKEN SOUFFLE

- Beat the egg whites and keep aside.
- Mix the rest of the ingredients and keep in a baking dish and press down the surface.
- Top with egg white.
- Spread the egg white evenly and bake.

- 2 onions sliced
- Salt to taste
- 2 bunch spinach cut finely
