PrintSOUR CREAM BAKE
Serve Sour Cream Bake to almost six people. But still, it may vary on how big is your casserole. You have to mix all its ingredients. Simply add for butter, pepper, flour, sour cream, chopped herb and tender chicken! You’ll surely be amazed at its appetizing outcome!

Preparation Method :
- Joint the chicken, dredge flour seasoned with salt and pepper and fry in butter until they are brown on all sides.
- Transfer the pieces to an oven proof dish and pour the juices over it.
- Warm the cream, seasoned with salt, pepper and the herb.
- Pour it over the chicken pieces and bake in a moderately heated oven.

- 1½ kilograms tender chicken
- 3 tablespoon flour
- 6 tablespoon butter
- 250 grams sour cream
- Any chopped herb
- Salt and pepper to taste
