SESAME CHICKEN BAKED WITH VEGGIES

20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Cut chicken into medium pieces.
  • Dust with seasoned flour combined with sesame seeds.
  • Drizzle with 2 teaspoon of oil and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees C for 8-10 minutes.
  • Heat remaining oil in a large pan. When hot, dip in mushrooms, spring onions, garlic, ginger, coriander seeds and tomatoes.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes before adding chicken to pan. Allow it to heat through.
  • Then add vinegar. Serve immediately on a bed of lettuce leaves. Garnish with potato matchsticks.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 4 tablespoon flour
  • 4 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 3 tablespoon IDHAYAM sesame oil
  • 100 grams mushrooms
  • 100 grams spring onions - cut into 1" lengths
  • 1" ginger - peeled, shredded and deep fried
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon coriander seeds - crushed
  • 4 tomatoes - skinned and quartered
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • Green lettuce leaves
  • Potato matchsticks
