- Grind the green masala to a paste.
- Boil the chicken in the milk with salt
- Remove bones and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a deep thick bottomed pan and fry the onions till they are wilted, add almonds and raisins.
- Fry the masala and then the meat.
- Transfer this mixture into an oven proof serving dish.
- Pour cream over it.
- Now break the eggs one by one over the meat taking care to keep the yolks intact.
- Bake till the eggs are set.
- Serve Hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 1½ kg tender chicken
- 200 grams cream
- 3 tablespoon raisins
- 4 onions
- 5 green chilies
- Cooking oil for frying
- 500 ml milk
- 5 eggs
- 3 tablespoon almonds
- 8 flakes garlic
- 1 "piece ginger
- Salt to taste
