CHICKEN IN CREAM

This chicken in cream is extremely appetizing! It is packed with perfect dishes and everyone truly loves its great combination. The dish is mixed with butter, fresh double cream, fresh parsley, chicken quarters and other seasonings that enrich its every taste.

Preparation Time :
30 minutes

Cooking Time :
1 hour

Preparation Method :

  • Heat the butter and oil in a large flameproof casserole and fry the chicken pieces quickly until lightly browned on all sides.
  • Season the chicken to taste, then pour over the cream. Cover and bake at 200°C (400°F) mark 6 for 45 minutes-1 hour, until tender, turning the chicken pieces over twice during cooking.
  • Serve garnished with chopped parsley. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 15 grams butter 
  • 15 ml cooking oil
  • 4 chicken quarters, halved
  • Salt and pepper
  • 150 ml fresh double cream
  • Chopped fresh parsley, to garnish
