Tendered chicken in lemon flavoured is the best description to this special dish. Try this to savour the taste of lemon along with some soya sauce in this mouth-watering chicken dish. With some chicken stock on top, this dish will surely please your guests.

Preparation Method :
- Skin the chicken whole and brush it with soya sauce, lemon slices, sugar, sherry etc.
- Bake in a hot oven basting the juices over it from time to time.
- When thoroughly cooked, chop into pieces, arrange in a dish and pour the stock over it.
- Serve.

- 1½ kg tender chicken
- 2 tablespoon soya sauce
- 2 lemons cut in thin
- 2 tablespoon sherry slices
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 400 ml chicken stock
