SPICED CHICKEN WINGS

Preparation Method :
- Cut off the chicken wing tips then halves each wing through the joint using a sharp knife or poultry shears.
- Place the wings in a roasting tin. Put the honey in a small bowl with the paprika, garlic, oil, vinegar and a little salt and pepper. Mix well together.
- Spoon the mixture over the chicken so the pieces are completely coated.
- Cook the wings in a preheated oven for 1 -1¼ hours, basting them frequently with the juices, until the chicken wings are deep golden and tender.
- Spoon the wings into small dishes and drizzle with any remaining cooking juices.
- Scatter with parsley and serve.

- 5 tablespoons clear honey
- 2 tablespoon mild sweet paprika
- 5 garlic cloves, crushed
- 5 tablespoons Cooking oil
- 2 tablespoons wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper
- Chopped parsley, to garnish
