Preparation Method :
- Lightly brushes a baking sheet with oil.
- Whisk the egg white with a fork in a bowl, add the almonds and mix together until coated.
- Lightly crush the sea salt in a polythene bag with a rolling pin until finely ground.
- Add the salt to the nuts with the paprika (if used) and toss together until well coated.
- Spread the nuts in a single layer on the baking sheet and cook in a preheated oven for 6-8 minutes until golden.
- Leave them to cool on the baking sheet then tip them into a bowl.
- Salted almonds can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days.

- 3 teaspoons egg white
- 300 grams whole unblanched almonds
- 15 grams sea salt
- 1 teaspoon hot smoked paprika (optional)
