GOATS' CHEESE IN TARRAGON DRESSING

Serves :

Preparation Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Cut the cheese into small cubes and transfers them to a bowl.
  • Discard any tough stalks from the herbs
  • Roughly chop the leaves and put them in a food processor with the oil, lemon juice, garlic and salt and pepper.
  • Blend briefly until the herbs are finely chopped, scraping any mixture down from the sides of the bowl.
  • Spoon the herb mixture over the cheese and mix well.
  • Turn the cheese into a serving dish and cover with clingfilm until ready to serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 300 grams goats' cheese
  • 10 grams each of tarragon, parsley and chives
  • 5 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • Squeeze of lemon juice
  • 2 small garlic clove, chopped
  • Salt and pepper
