Preparation Method :
- Rinse udder and slice it.
- Add salt and pepper and boil with water until udder is cooked.
- Slice the prepared udder finely and put in pots with finely sliced carrots, turnip, onions and potatoes.
- Fill the half of the pot.
- Stew in oven until the vegetables are ready.
- Serve immediately with sour cream.
