Preparation Method :
- Mix the gelatine with the sugar and add boiling water.
- Mix it well until the gelatine is completely dissolved.
- Stir in whipping cream and chill until it is thickened.
- Add sour cream and vanilla essence.
- Now beat this mixture with an electric beater.
- Pour into smaller individual molds.
- Keep it in refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Remove from mold and serve with strawberries.
- Serve immediately.
