RUSSIAN CREAM

Preparation Method :

  • Mix the gelatine with the sugar and add boiling water.
  • Mix it well until the gelatine is completely dissolved.
  • Stir in whipping cream and chill until it is thickened.
  • Add sour cream and vanilla essence.
  • Now beat this mixture with an electric beater.
  • Pour into smaller individual molds.
  • Keep it in refrigerator for 2 hours.
  • Remove from mold and serve with strawberries.
  • Serve immediately.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package unflavored gelatin
  • 175 grams sugar
  • 250 ml boiling water
  • 240 ml whipping cream
  • 240 ml sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Strawberries for garnishing
