SPINACH SALAD

Preparation Method :
- Clean the fresh spinach under running water and remove the stems and any large veins.
- Chop the leaves and simmer in their own juices until tender, about 20 minutes. Cool.
- Blend the yoghurt with the garlic, cumin and seasonings, add to the spinach and mix it well. Chill until its ready to serve.

- 500 grams fresh spinach
- 175 grams natural yoghurt
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- Pinch of cumin
- Salt and pepper
