CUCUMBER AND RAISIN SALAD WITH YOGHURT

- Slice cucumber, sprinkle it with salt and leave to drain in a colander for about 30 minutes.
 - Combine the yoghurt, raisins, walnuts, spring onions, cumin, salt and pepper in a bowl.
 - Add the cucumber and mix it well. Finally add the mint and chill prior to serving.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 2 medium cucumbers
 - Salt and freshly ground white pepper
 - 170 ml natural yoghurt
 - 50 grams of raisins
 - 50 grams chopped walnuts
 - 2 finely chopped spring onions
 - Pinch of ground cumin
 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
