Preparation Method :
- Wash and clean the fish under running water, then pat dry on kitchen paper.
- Mix garlic, cumin, salt and pepper and parsley together and rub over the fish inside and out. Cover and chill for atleast 1 hour so the fish will absorb the flavours.
- Now roll each fish in the flour. Heat enough oil in a frying pan to shallow fry them. When it is sizzling hot, slip each fish in and cook quickly on both sides, about 8-10 minutes.
- Serve garnish it with lemon and tomato.

- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt and white pepper to taste
- 1½ tablespoons finely chopped parsley
- Plain flour, to coat
- IDHAYAM sesame oil
- Sliced lemon and tomato , to garnish
