PORK RIND SNACKS

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Cooking Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Season the pork with salt and pepper and keep it in the refrigerator for 1 - 2 hours.
  • Heat the oil and fry it until golden brown for 4 - 5 minutes (turn it once).
  • Place it on an absorbent paper to absorb the excess oil and serve.
  • Cut it and serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 700 grams pork skin/rind with attached bits of meat (cleaned and diced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking oil for frying
