Preparation Method :
- Place tomatillos, onion, chilli, garlic and coriander in a food processor and process until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a saucepan, simmer over a low heat. Stir in stock and simmer for 10 minutes or until sauce thickens. Stir in lime juice to taste.

- 2 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves
- 1 white onion, chopped
- 1 hot fresh green chilli, seeded and chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
