CORN SALAD

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Place corn, cucumber, onion, green bell pepper, tomato, garlic, basil, olive oil, cumin, rice and cider vinegar and lime juice in bowl.
  • Mix it well.
  • Season it with salt and pepper and garnish with cilantro.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams corn (drained)
  • 2 cucumbers (peeled and diced)
  • 2 onions (finely chopped)
  • 2 garlics clove (minced)
  • 1 green bell pepper (seeded and finely chopped)
  • 2 tomatos (finely chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 3 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons cider vinegar 
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Cayenne pepper to taste
