TERIYAKI GRILLED CHICKEN

30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Rinse the chicken thigh and pat dry.
  • Dust the chicken in wheat flour and lightly pat the flour evenly on the chicken meat.
  • Mix mustard powder with the teriyaki sauce and thoroughly soak the prepared chicken into the mixture.
  • Set grill pan over medium heat and grease with vegetable oil.
  • Spread evenly across the pan and once the oil is hot, grill the chicken for approximately 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Use a brush on both sides of the chicken with the prepared teriyaki mustard powder mixture.
  • Grill for another 2-3 minutes. Repeat process once more and continue to grill in this manner until the chicken meat is fully cooked.
  • Remove and place on a serving plate. Sprinkle ground sesame and shredded green onions.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 piece chicken thigh
  • 200 ml teriyaki sauce
  • 220 grams wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 75 ml IDHAYAM sesame oil
  • Coarsely ground white sesame and Japanese green onions (for sprinkling)
