Preparation Method :
- Rinse the mackerel, dap dry.
- Mix lemon juice with salt and stir until the salt content is completely dissolved and pour the mixture over the mackerel fillet.
- Evenly apply and leave marinated for 15 minutes.
- Add butter to the grilling pan set over medium heat.
- After completely melted, grill the mackerel until the bottom side is brown, then flip over and grill until ready, with both sides fully cooked.
- Place the grilled mackerel onto a serving plate and garnish with grated daikon, shredded cauliflower, and pickled ginger on the side.
- Serve and Dip with shoyu sauce.
