BEEF TERIYAKI STARTER

Preparation Method :

  • Mix the soy sauce, ginger, garlic, onion and honey. Coat the meats with this marinate mixture and keep it aside for an hour.
  • Remove the meat from the marinade (keep the marinade for preparation of sauce).
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the meat until it turns brown. (Keep it aside).
  • For preparation of sauce boil the marinade in a sauce pan and add corn flour, water, salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes (keep stirring constantly).
  • Dip the meat into the sauce and place it on the serving plate.
  • Serve with the sauce.  

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 kg beef sirloin tip (cut into thin strips)
  • 150 ml soy sauce
  • 240 ml water
  • 120 ml honey
  • 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoon corn flour
  • 6 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • 2 teaspoon grated onion
  • 2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
