YAKITORI (SKEWERED GRILLED CHICKEN)

Preparation Method :
- To prepare the marinade, mix together the sake, soy sauce, ginger and sugar in a medium bowl and coat the chicken with the marinade.
- Marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for about 1 hour (stirring occasionally) for development of flavors.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade.
- Alternately spear three or four pieces of chicken and green onion on each skewers (wooden stick). Cover it with aluminium foil to prevent charring.
- Grill it in a pre-heated oven at 200 degrees Celsius until the chicken is cooked (keep brushing the chicken with marinade occasionally).
- Serve it hot.

- 12 green onions (sliced)
