Preparation Method :
- Sauté the onion and beef with oil in a pan.
- Combine the mashed potatoes, onion, beef, salt and pepper together.
- Take a teaspoon of the mixture and roll it into oval shaped ball. Continue this process until all the mixture is used.
- Dissolve the flour with water to make a paste.
- Dip the prepared ball with flour-water paste and then in the beaten egg. Dredge it with breadcrumbs.
- Heat the oil in a wok and fry the coated potato ball until it turns golden brown.
- Serve it immediately.

- 120 grams Ground beef
- 50 grams breadcrumb
- 1 small Onion (minced)
- 1 Egg (beaten)
- 2 tablespoon all -purpose-flour
- 2 tablespoon water
- 2 teaspoon Cooking oil
- Cooking oil for frying
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
