Preparation Method :
- Mix shoyu sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, olive oil, sesame oil into a serving pot and beat lightly with a spoon until the mixture is thoroughly blended.
- Add the salad seasoning ingredients, Japanese cucumber, wakame seaweed and imitation crab stick into a mixing bowl.
- Add dressing and gently stir to mix all the contents.
- Scoop onto the leaves of iceberg lettuce and serve.
INGREDIENTS
- 300 grams thinly sliced Japanese cucumber
- 200 grams wakame seaweed soaked in water, sliced into long strips
- 7 pieces imitation crab stick, torn into strings
- Iceberg lettuce for wrapping food
Salad Dressing
- 2 tablespoon shoyu sauce
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
- 4 tablespoon Cooking oil
- 2 tablespoon coarsely ground sesame
