WAKAME SEAWEED SALAD

Preparation Time :
40 minutes

Cooking Time :
30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Mix shoyu sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, olive oil, sesame oil into a serving pot and beat lightly with a spoon until the mixture is thoroughly blended.
  • Add the salad seasoning ingredients, Japanese cucumber, wakame seaweed and imitation crab stick into a mixing bowl.
  • Add dressing and gently stir to mix all the contents.
  • Scoop onto the leaves of iceberg lettuce and serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 300 grams thinly sliced Japanese cucumber
  • 200 grams wakame seaweed soaked in water, sliced into long strips
  • 7 pieces imitation crab stick, torn into strings
  • Iceberg lettuce for wrapping food

Salad Dressing

  • 2 tablespoon shoyu sauce
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
  • 4 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • 2 tablespoon coarsely ground sesame
