SHRIMP ROE SALAD

Serves :
4

Preparation Time :
30 minutes

Cooking Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Soak grated daikon in cold water, adding a small amount of salt and mix thoroughly.
  • Discard water and squeeze and water from daikon. Allow to dry and refrigerate for 5 minutes.
  • Season salad dressing by adding sake, lemon juice, mirin, brown sugar and stir until the sugar content is completely dissolved.
  • Arrange the grated daikon onto a serving plate, pour over salad dressing and sprinkle shrimp roe.
  • Garnish with thinly sliced lemon and Italian parsley.

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 grams shrimp roe
  • 200 grams grated daikon
  • Thinly sliced lemon
  • Italian parsley for garnishing

Salad Dressing

  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon mirin
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoon sake
