DAIKON SALAD

Preparation Time :
30 minutes

Cooking Time :
40 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Refrigerate the fresh ginger for approximately 15 minutes.
  • Add Japanese vinegar, shoyu sauce, ground salt and black sesame to the grated daikon, Mix well and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  • Scoop the daikon salad and place on grated fresh young ginger and sprinkle with dried bonito fish flakes.
  • Serve with sushi or sashimi.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 head grated daikon
  • 2 small head grated fresh young ginger
  • 2 tablespoon dried bonito fish flakes
  • 2 tablespoon Japanese vinegar
  • 4 teaspoon ground salt
  • 1 teaspoon shoyu sauce
  • 2 teaspoon coarsely ground black sesame
