CUCUMBER SALAD

Preparation Method :

  • Refrigerate cauliflowers and ginger for approximately 20 minutes.
  • Sprinkle salt, ground white sesame, and Japanese vinegar onto the cucumber, Mix well and refrigerate the marinated cucumber.
  • Arrange Japanese cucumber, cauliflower, and fresh ginger on a plate.
  • Serve with sushi.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Japanese cucumbers, cut into thin slices 
  • 1 floret of cauliflower, shredded into small, thin strips
  • 2 head fresh ginger, grated into small strips
  • 2 tablespoon Japanese vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon ground salt
  • 2 teaspoon coarsely ground white sesame
