Preparation Method :
- Marinade: Mix the soy sauce or teriyaki sauce, ginger, honey, sherry, vinegar and garlic in a bowl. Whisk to combine.
- Flatten chicken between sheets of greaseproof paper until they are about ½ inch thick.
- Place in a shallow dish, drizzle with marinade and marinate for about 15 - 20 minutes, turning once. Drain chicken and reserve marinade.
- Cook chicken under a preheated hot grill, skin-side- down for 5 minutes.
- Boil the reserved marinade until reduced by half. Brush the chicken with the marinade.
- Grill chicken for 10 more minutes or until cooked. Cut into diagonal slices. Serve with boiled rice.

- 500 grams whole boneless chicken breasts, with skin on, halved
