SUSHI WITH IMITATION CRAB STICK

- Remember to always wash all the fish prior preparation. Then start by placing a sheet of Nori Seaweed on the bamboo mat for rolling the Sushi with the rough side facing up.
- Place the Sushi Rice on the Nori Seaweed on the rim facing you and spread the Rice across the Nori sheet.
- Now add more rice as needed until the rice content is evenly spread over the Seaweed but not too thick.
- Leave approximately a centimeter (1/2 inch) around the rim of the Nori Sheet unfilled so that the Rice does not spill out when it's rolled.
- Now place 2 pieces of Imitation Crab Stick end-to-end and also by the Grilled Eel on the rim of the just prepared Rice spread facing you.
- Add some wasabi if desired. Using your hands, grip on the bamboo sheet on both ends, slightly lift and push forward the sheet in a rolling motion.
- Pause and press on the sheet to firm the rice then continue to roll, using the same mechanism until the piece is completely rolled up.
- Now cut the rolled Sushi into bite-size pieces. The knife should be wiped with a wet cloth to add moisture, so the rice will not stick to the blade while cutting.
- After it's properly cut, arrange the pieces on a plate adorned with pickled ginger and with Wasabi as a condiment with the Shoyu sauce for dipping.

- 6 Sheets of Nori Seaweed
- 2 Packs of Imitation Crab Stick
- 2 Pieces of Grilled Eel
- Pickled Ginger as a condiment
- Wasabi and Shoyu Sauce for dipping
- A bamboo mat (Sushimaki Sudare) for rolling sushi
