SOBA NOODLES WITH SALMON STEAK

Serves :

Preparation Time :
30 minutes

Cooking Time :
40 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Boil soba noodle in boiling water, adding a pinch of salt and a small quantity of vegetable oil.
  • Boil for approximately 10 minutes. Remove from heat and immerse into cold water and pour on strainer to allow water to drip off.
  • Set pan over medium heat, add butter and roast salmon meat.
  • Flip to cook both sides and remove onto plate. Set aside.
  • Mix soybean sauce, lemon juice, and sesame oil, simmer mixture in a pan using medium heat.
  • When well blended and viscous, pour over salmon and leave to marinate for 15 minutes before serving.
  • Add chili pepper, chopped garlic, roasted white sesame, and soba noodles to the pan that still has sauce remnants left from the previous step.
  • Stir to blend the contents and refrigerate. Place on a plate before serving, with salmon meat laid on the side or on top of the noodles.
  • Best served while noodles are chilled to enhance the overall tastiness.

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 grams soba noodles
  • 2 piece boneless salmon meat
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chili pepper
  • 2 tablespoon coarsely chopped garlic
  • 2 tablespoon coarsely ground white sesame
  • 25 grams salted butter

Sauce

  • 5 tablespoon Japanese soybean sauce
  • 5 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2tespoon Sesame oil
