Preparation Method :
- Set frying pan over medium heat, add butter and olive oil.
- Allow butter to melt then add garlic and fry until aromatic.
- When garlic turns golden, add salmon meat and fry until fully cooked, followed by rice. Thoroughly mix the contents.
- Season with a small amount of ground salt and brown sugar.
- Stir to mix and add the shredded green onions.
- Continue to stir-fry until contents are well blended then remove and place on plate, sprinkling the remaining shredded onion.
- Serve hot.

- 500 grams cooked Japanese rice
- 100 grams finely chopped garlic
- 200 grams salmon meat (chopped into small cubes)
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 4 tablespoon Cooking oil
- 25 grams salted butter
- 4 stems shredded Japanese green onions (or Thai scallion)
- Ground salt
