RICE WITH GRILLED EEL TOPPING (UNA-DON)

Preparation Method :
- Marinate the Eels in Teriyaki Sauce, Shoyu Suce, Mirin, and the Sake for approximately 30 minutes in the refrigerator to keep the fish fresh.
- Heat up a pan on medium heat and add butter. After the butter melts, place the marinated Eels in the pan and grill them.
- While grilling, brush over Eels the marinade that is left from the previous step. Cook the Eels gently on both sides.
- Once the Eels are fully cooked, remove them from the heat and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
- Then place the pieces over the hot cooked Japanese Rice and serve with pickled ginger.

- 400 grams of cooked Japanese Rice
- 2 Skinless and boneless Eels
- 100 ml of Teriyaki Sauce
- 4 Tablespoons of Shoyu Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons of Mirin
- 2 Tablespoons of Sake
- 40 Grams of Salted Butter
- Pickled Ginger
