BUTTER ROASTED RICE WITH PORK RIBS
Just the title makes your mouth water, the Butter Roasted rice with Pork Ribs. All these ingredients are a big part of Asian Culture. This dish in particular is a full and complete dish of great taste. You can serve this dish at any occasion.

Preparation Method :
- Make sure to rinse the Pork Ribs and to chop them in pieces. Dry up the water of the meat with a paper towel.
- Then lightly rub Salt and Pepper over the Pork Ribs and leave all of it marinate for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Then steam the prepared Pork Ribs in boiling water using high heat. Take the steamed Pork Ribs and marinate them in Tonkatsu Sauce and Olive Oil.
- Once those are well blended, then place them on a grilling pan on medium heat until the meat looks golden brown. Do not grill for too long as the Ribs are already cooked (steamed).
- Now add the Butter to the heated pan and let it melt. Once melted, add the Japanese Rice and stir fry. Then add the Peas. Blend all of it together.
- Then scoop up the Fried Rice on aluminum foil, sprinkle the ground White Sesame ,fold it in a square sachet and roast for another 5 minutes in a microwave oven (if aluminum foil is not available, place the rice into a cup and lay the Pork Ribs on top).
- Scoop the Rice in a cup and place the Pork and the Ribs over the Rice and then again sprinkle, the ground White Sesame.
- Serve the dish with Pickled Ginger, Cucumbers and Daikon.

- 400 grams of cooked Japanese Rice
- 500 Grams of Pork Ribs
- 30 Grams of Salted Butter
- 6 Tablespoons of Tonkatsu Sauce
- 4 Tablespoons of Salad Oil
- ½ Teaspoon of Ground Salt
- ½ Teaspoon of Ground Pepper
- 100 grams of Frozen Peas
- Coarsely ground White Sesame for sprinkling
