ASSORTED SASHIMI (RAW FISH AND SEAFOOD)

How about some Sashimi! It is one thing eating at a Sushi place but it’s quite a different experience if you can make Sushi and Sashimi at home. This is a simple yet impressive dish to pull out for your guests and friends. Have fun and Enjoy. Ingredients serve 8 people

Preparation Time :
30 minutes

Cooking Time :
45 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Thoroughly wash every piece of Fish. Then start by cutting the Octopus, the Salmon, the Tuna or the Bonito Fish and the Pickled Saba Fish in thin, bite sized slices and chill the pieces right after cutting them in the refrigerator for approximately 30 minutes.
  • Then grate the Daikon and the Carrot in fine strings and submerge them in cold water with a small quantity of Salt.
  • The Salt is to prevent the darkening of the vegetables. Then remove and refrigerate for approximately 30 minutes. It's done.
  • Prior to serving, arrange the selection of Raw Fishes and Seafood on a dish with the Grated Daikon and the Carrot either on the side or in the middle of the plate as garnishing.
  • Add Wasabi to the Shoyu Sauce for dipping the ready-to-serve Sashimi.

  • 2 Pieces of Octopus

  • 1 Pickled Saba Fish
  • 1 Head of Daikon
  • 1 Carrot
  • Ground Salt
