Preparation Method :
- Combine honey, soy sauce, ginger, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Marinate the chicken with this mixture and refrigerate for an hour.
- Dissolve the corn flour with water to make the corn flour paste.
- Dip the marinated chicken slices in the corn flour paste and roll it with the sesame seeds.
- Heat the oil in a wok.
- Fry the sesame coated chicken slices.
- Drain the excess oil and serve it immediately.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast (cut into 1 inch pieces)
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoon of water
- 1 teaspoon ginger (grounded)
- 1/2-1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Cooking oil for frying
