SESAME CHICKEN

Preparation Method :

  • Combine honey, soy sauce, ginger, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Marinate the chicken with this mixture and refrigerate for an hour.
  • Dissolve the corn flour with water to make the corn flour paste.
  • Dip the marinated chicken slices in the corn flour paste and roll it with the sesame seeds.
  • Heat the oil in a wok.
  • Fry the sesame coated chicken slices.
  • Drain the excess oil and serve it immediately.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast (cut into 1 inch pieces) 
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce 
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch 
  • 2 tablespoon of water
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (grounded) 
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon red pepper flakes 
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds 
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Cooking oil for frying
