Preparation Method :
- Mix olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat the tuna slices with above prepared mixture and allow it to marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours (covered).
- Remove the fish from the refrigerator and reserve the marinade.
- Grill the tuna in a preheated oven for 5-10 minutes.
- Serve with the marinade.
INGREDIENTS
- 250 grams fresh tuna steak (sliced)
- 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
- 1 garlic clove (peeled and finely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
