POTATO WEDGES

Preparation Method :
- Mix all the ingredients (except potatoes).
- Coat the potatoes wedges evenly with above prepared herb mixture and arrange it on greased baking tray.
- Bake it in a pre heated oven at 230 degree C for 20-25minutes or until soft.
- Serve it with tomato ketchup.
INGREDIENTS
- 250 grams Potatoes (cut into wedge shape)
- 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
- 1 tablespoon Dried Thyme
- 1 tablespoon Dried Basil
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste (freshly ground)
