POLPETTE CHICKEN

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Cooking Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Mix all the ingredients (except chicken stock) and make several small oval shaped balls with the mixture.
  • Heat oil in a skillet and fry the meat balls until evenly brown.
  • Boil the chicken stock in a sauce pan and add the fried meat balls.
  • Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Serve it immediately.

INGREDIENTS

  • 600 ml chicken stock
  • 250 grams ground beef (minced)
  • 250 grams ground pork (minced)
  • 100 grams breadcrumbs 
  • 30 grams parmesan cheese 
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1 onion (chopped) 
  • 1 teaspoon oregano 
  • 1 garlic clove (minced) 
  • 1 teaspoon sweet basil 
  • 2 teaspoon parsley (chopped)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Cooking oil for frying
