Preparation Method :
- Mix all the ingredients (except chicken stock) and make several small oval shaped balls with the mixture.
- Heat oil in a skillet and fry the meat balls until evenly brown.
- Boil the chicken stock in a sauce pan and add the fried meat balls.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve it immediately.
INGREDIENTS
- 600 ml chicken stock
- 250 grams ground beef (minced)
- 250 grams ground pork (minced)
- 100 grams breadcrumbs
- 30 grams parmesan cheese
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 1 teaspoon sweet basil
- 2 teaspoon parsley (chopped)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Cooking oil for frying
