PAPPARDELLE WITH PROSCIUTTO AND BOLETE

Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a saucepan. Add the garlic and the bolete and sauté till the bolete is tender.
- Cut the prosciutto into strips.
- Meanwhile, cook the pappardelle in a large saucepan of boiling water.Drain and keep it aside.
- Add the prosciutto, the cream and the parsley to the bolete and add salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and simmer for a minute.
- Add the cooked pappardelle to the sauce and mix gently with the help of two spoons.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top.
- Serve hot, immediately.
INGREDIENTS
- 3 tablespoons of Cooking oil
- 2 garlic clove, crushed
- 350 grams of bolete, sliced
- 350 grams of prosciutto
- 350 grams of pappardelle
- 200 ml of whipped cream
- Handful of Italian parsley, chopped
- 100 grams of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
