OPEN CHEESE AND CHILLI TOAST

Preparation Method :
- Combine onion and green bell pepper with half the quantity of grated cheese.
- Apply butter on side of the bread. On the other side spread the (onion, pepper,cheese)mixture.
- Sprinkle the chopped chilli evenly. Top it with grated cheese.
- Toast it for 4 minutes until the cheese gets melted.
- Sprinkle oregano and garnish with parsley.
- Serve it immediately.
INGREDIENTS
- 6 cubes of cheddar cheese (grated)
- 1 small onion (diced)
- ½ green bell pepper (diced)
- 2 green chillies (finely chopped) (according to taste)
- 4 slices bread
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt , Pepper to taste
