Preparation Method :
- Cut jalapenos peppers in half lengthwise and remove all the seeds.
- Boil water in a saucepan and add the jalapenos. Cook for 5-10 minutes. Drain and rinse in cold water and keep it aside.
- In a blender, blend the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, cumin and salt until smooth.
- Stuff 2 teaspoonfuls cheese mixture into each jalapeno. Sprinkle the bacon on top of it.
- Arrange the stuffed jalapenos on a greased baking sheet. Bake it at 200° C for 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Serve it warm.

- 120 grams cream cheese (softened)
- 15 fresh jalapeno peppers
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 bacon strips (cooked and crumbled)
- 1 teaspoon cumin

- Water for boiling
