BRUSCHETA

Preparation Method :

  • Toast the bread under a preheated broiler until golden brown.
  • Rub the garlic over one side of the bread; the bread acts as a grater and the garlic is evenly spread over the bread.
  • Sprinkle the bruschetta with the parsley and salt to taste, and drizzle with the oil.
  • Serve immediately or keep warm until required, but do not keep warm for too long or the bruschetta will lost its crunchiness.

INGREDIENTS

  • 15 slices of ciabatta bread
  • 4 garlic cloves, peeled
  • Small handful of Italian parsley, chopped
  • 10 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • Salt
