Preparation Method :
- Sauté onion with olive oil in a sauce pan.
- Add garlic, white and shiitake mushrooms to the sauce pan and cook until nearly tender.
- Add the tomato paste and stir it well.
- Pour the beef broth and simmer for 20-25 minutes
- Add salt and pepper and mix it well.
- Place the Italian croutons in the serving bowl and then pour the soup.
- Garnish with parsley.
- Serve it hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 250 grams white mushroom (sliced)
- 250 grams shiitake mushroom (stems removed and sliced)
- 750 ml hot beef broth
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 1 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
- 2 tablespoon parsley (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 4 Italian crouton pieces
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste (freshly grounded)
