Preparation Method :
- Put the chicken breasts on a preheated hot griddle pan and cook on each side for five minutes.
- Blend the garlic, the olive oil, the anchovies,the lemon juice, the mustard, and the egg yolk in a blender.
- Put the lettuce into a large bowl. Pour in the blended mixture and mix gently.
- Arrange the lettuce on serving plates and sprinkle with torn basil leaves.
- Slice the chicken into long lengths and place on top of the lettuce.
- Shred the parmesan and sprinkle on top of the chicken and serve.

- 4 slices of ciabatta or white country bread,cubed and fried in oil
